- High Pressure Resistance (Working Pressure: 300 PSI):Inside the fuel hose, there is a layer of aramid braid wrapped in a crisscross spiral pattern. When fuel pressure builds up, the aramid fibers handle the stress around the hose, taking the load off the rubber. Plus, the rubber wall is thickened to 3mm. Together, this gives the hose better pressure resistance without overstating its performance.
- Corrosion Resistance: The inner wall of this fuel line is made of nitrile rubber, which naturally repels fuel. Fuel does not easily soak into the rubber or cause it to swell or break down. Even with long‑term fuel contact, the hose won’t get soft, bulge, or crack. It keeps a good seal and stays flexible, make fuel system last longer.
- High and Low Temperature Resistance: The nitrile rubber stays firm and won’t soften or warp below 257°F (125°C). The inner aramid braid only breaks down above 527°F (300°C), firmly supporting the hose wall and preventing swelling from heat. At low temperatures, the rubber stays flexible down to -10°F (-15.6°C). The aramid braid also won’t get brittle in the cold and helps keep the hose from shrinking too much, so it can bend freely without cracking.
- Compatible with many fluids: Thanks to the stability and oil-resistant nature of nitrile rubber, this hose can be used to transfer diesel, gasoline, lubricating oil, hydraulic fluid, motor oil, and water.
